Hi, my name is Charlotte, and I am your new personal trainer! My focus is your well-being, and I will help you balance your fitness needs with your everyday life.
I am an ISSA certified personal trainer, an EFTC certified kinesiological stretching instructor, SBBF certified bodybuilding instructor, and an ISSA kickboxing instructor.
I provide one-on-one personal training and group or one-on-one stretching classes, as well as group cardio-kickboxing classes.
